1} What is Wanowi?

Wanowi is an E-commerce website targeting a hype street wear market where the user has access to new,exclusive and limited items that are not available anywhere. You can either buy the item with its original price or make an offer.

2} How can I make an offer?

You can make an offer by placing another price. We will notify you within 24 hours if the offer has been accepted or rejected.

3} What if someone got to buy the product before me with the adjusted price?

If the offer got accepted, we will only notify you so you have to buy the item on the spot. If not, there is a chance that someone else will purchase it.

4} Why is the item taking too long to deliver?

If the item is available in stock you will receive it within 3 to 5 working days otherwise if the product just dropped in the retailers’ store then the delay will be caused by the processing and shipment stage from the brands side.

5} How do I know that the product is authentic?

We guarantee that all our items are 100% genuine and authentic. Wanowi deals directly with suppliers who verified products’ authenticity by presenting receipts. If you are suspicious of products’ authenticity please contact care@wanowi.com

6} Are the products brand new?

All products offered on site are brand new.

7} Why is there difference in the prices of the same products?

Different prices are due to the fact we have different sellers. Each seller is free to place his own price.

8} How can I retrieve my password?

10} How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Shipment will be calculated at checkout depending on supplier’s location.

11} How soon will I get my order and how much will it costs?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We will endeavor that you receive your Merchandise within 14 days from dispatch date. However, unforeseen supply or shipping problems may occasionally result in delays. If there is a delay in shipping your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the reason for the delay. We are not responsible for any delays that may be considered outside of our control. Therefore, Wanowi is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner FEDEX OR ARAMEX, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

12} Do I need to sign for the order?

We require a signature as a proof of delivery due to the high quality of our goods.

13} Can I change shipping address after dispatch?

Please ensure the accurate you provide an accurate address since we can not change the shipping address after the item is dispatched.

14} Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. This will allow you to view and track the status of your shipment.

15} Are returned and exchanged acceptable?

We only accept return if an item is damaged upon delivery. In this case, you will need to notify our team within 3 days of receiving the damaged item. Kindly send an email to care@wanowi.com to arrange return. In case a return is valid, product should be returned unused with all designers tags attached and original packaging. Damaged or stained products as result of negligence will be sent back to owners.

16} What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa , MasterCard , Amex and Cash on delivery in Lebanon and UAE.
