1} What is the purpose of WANOWI?

WANOWI is a thrilling 15-minute shopping platform that allows users to acquire trendy products at discounted prices. All items are brand new and authentic.

2} Is getting an account required to participate?

Yes, an account should be set prior to participation in the bidding process. Setting an account will establish a better communication between WANOWI and the user.

3} How do I participate at an auction?

In order to participate at an auction of your choice, you must book a seat among a limited number of seats prior to the auction to ensure your participation at that auction. Attend t he 15-minute auction at the specified time. Name your price and have the chance to change it up to 4 times in total to stay in the lead. Only the user with thehighest price gets to buy the item with the price of his choice.

4} Do I have to pay money if I reserve a seat?

Each item has a specific seat price indicated. Some auctions might have ‘free seats’, meaning no reservation fee is required.

5} How much is the seat price?

Seat prices might vary depending on items’ retail prices.Seat prices can range from $10 to $150.

6} Do I have to buy a seat for every auction?

You can earn credits either by promotional coupons or Referring a friend. You can choose the ‘free seats’ auctions to participate in. Otherwise, a seat is required to be bought to ensure your participation in the auction.

7} Do I get refunded for seats bought in the auction?

WANOWI tries to be transparent as much as possible. We do not refund the seat price back to the users except if the auction did not get the requested amount of seats. In that case, the credits used will be reimbursed into the user’s account.

8} What is the minimum price?

Each item has a minimum required price that is used as a benchmark.

9} What does ‘passed’ mean?

‘Passed’ means that the minimum amount of seats required for that item is not reached. Therefore the item is not sold or won by any. In this case, the item might be auctioned again at a later stage. The players on that item will get back the seat value for future use.

10} What are the different stages of the auction process?

The auction is divided into 3 different stages. The first is placing the initial price and the duration of this stage is 3 minutes. Next, the user enters into the auction room where he/she can change his/her price twice; the duration of this stage is 10 minutes. The final stage is where the user places his/her final price, and the duration of this stage is 2 minutes.

11} What happens if I miss the first 3 minutes of an auction and I did not place my initial price?

The system will take the minimum price required as your initial price.You have the chance to enter the bidding room for thenext 10 minutes to change your price.

12} What if I missed entering the auction room?

You will not be allowed to participate in the auction and we will not be liable to return the seat price.

13} How does the auction end?

The auction for each item lasts for only 15 minutes. The players will have the chance to name and change their price up to 4 times in total. At the end of the 15-minute auction, the winner will be announced and only she/he will be asked to pay for the final price he/she submitted.

14} What if I did not end up placing the highest price at the end of the 15-minute auction?

The users will only lose their seat’s price. This seat price is considered as a participation fee for the 15-minute auction.

15} How can you sell luxury brands at such low prices?

WANOWI uses therevenues collected from prepaid seats that will be required to use in order to participate in an auction. Money collected from the purchased tickets allow us to sell the item to the highest player at a very low price.

16} How do I know that the product is authentic?

We guarantee that all our items are 100% genuine and authentic. WANOWI deals directly with the official suppliers of the featured brands.

17} Are the products brand new?

All products are brand new and come in their original packaging, except if they were stated as pre-loved just under the brand.

18} Why does the product retail price differ between countries?

We purchase our items from different sources around the world, where different taxes, shippingfees and customs are applied andmay result in a different retail price.

19} After I win, what happens?

When an item is won, the winner will be notified on site or via an email from care@wanowi.com with a link of payment required. The winner must pay the final price within 72 hours. The winner should also confirm the shipping address, hence dispatching the item will occurin the next 10 days.

20} Is speed of the internet important?

Speed of the internet is very important. The faster the internet, the faster the price is placed. If a member is experiencing time lags, it is probably due to poor internet connection.

21} How can I retrieve my password?

If you forget your password, click the ‘forget password’ button and we will send you an email with instructions.

22} What is Fairness in WANOWI?

The integrity and fairness of our auction process is central to the viability of our website. We explicitly state that WANOWI does not use any systems that automatically bid at our auctions and also guarantee that no employees of WANOWI are permitted to play in the auctions.WANOWI also terminates any account that is under suspicion of manipulating our program.

24} How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Currently WANOWI pays for shipping; however the winner will have to cover any customs fees that might incur depending on the country where the shipment is being received.
This policy may be revised at any time in the future. Some items may require for the client to pay shipping, but they will be notified prior to the auction under the item’s details.

25} How soon will I get my order and how much will it cost?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We will endeavor that you receive your merchandise within 14 days from dispatch date. However, unforeseen supply or shipping problems may occasionally result in delays. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the reason for the delay. We are not responsible for any delays that may be considered outside of our control. Therefore, WANOWI is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs or clearance processes. All orders will be delivered by our carrier partners FEDEX or ARAMEX, Mondays to Fridays from 9am until 5pm and will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

26} Do I need to sign for the order?

We require a signature as a proof of delivery due to the high quality of our goods.

27} Can I change shipping address after dispatch?

Please ensure that accurate you provide an accurate address since we cannot change the shipping address after the item is dispatched.

28} Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. This will allow you to view and track the status of your shipment.

29} Are returns and exchanges acceptable?

We only accept return if an item is damaged upon delivery. In this case, you will need to notify our team within 3 days of receiving the damaged item. Kindly send an email to care@wanowi.com to arrange return. In case a return is valid, the product should be returned unused, with all designers tags attached and original packaging. Damaged or stained products as result of negligence will be sent back to owners.

30} What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Amex. Payment will be deducted from your account once a package bid is purchased or when you purchase the winning item at check out.
